- Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Great Valley/Malvern, PA—This 127- room hotel, located in Chester County, is surrounded by landscapes and historic attractions including King of Prussia Mall, Immaculata University, Valley Forge National Historical Park and Longwood Gardens.
- Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Valley Forge/Collegeville, PA—With a 3,300-sq.-ft. banquet space, this 132-room hotel is close to the Providence Town Center and corporate offices such as DOW, Pfizer and GSK and Valley Forge National Historical Park.
- Hampton Inn & Suites Jackson, TN—Located directly off Interstate 40, this 85-room property is situated between Memphis and Nashville. This property is surrounded by a range of businesses including Toyota, General Electric and Masco. It is also close to the Rockabilly Hall of Fame and Casey Jones Home & Railroad Museum.
