Williamsburg, VA and Philadelphia, PA (November 29, 2018) Newport Hospitality Group Inc. (NHG), a leading hotel management company, has recently been selected to manage the Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia-Great Valley for S&K Holdings, LLC.
The Homewood Suites is a 123-room extended stay hotel with 1,749 square feet of meeting space and 24-hour sundry service. This all-suites, pet-friendly property is located within the Great Valley Corporate Center in Malvern, Pennsylvania and is 26 miles from Philadelphia International Airport.
The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle within a five-mile radius and has easy access to many nearby sites including Penn State University-Great Valley, Immaculata University, LEGOLAND® Discovery Center, Ice Line Quad Rinks, King of Prussia Mall and Philly Expo Center at Oaks.

We purchased three including the Chantilly Residence Inn and Centreville Spring Hill Suites through affiliated companies. In addition, we purchased the 123-room Malvern/Great Valley Homewood Suites. In looking for a management company for this latter property, we wanted a company that was familiar with both the Hilton brand and all-suites operations.
