Kayak Hotels Group Has Selected Newport to Manage Four Marriott Branded Hotels
Williamsburg, VA and Richmond, VA – Newport Hospitality Group, Inc. of Williamsburg is proud to announce the addition of four Marriott International branded hotels to its management portfolio: The SpringHill Suites by Marriott – Prince Frederick, Prince Frederick, Maryland, TownePlace Suites – University Area, Charlotte, North Carolina, Courtyard by Marriott – Yorktown/Newport News, Virginia and the Courtyard by Marriott Hampton Coliseum, Hampton, Virginia.
Each of the properties are slated for full renovations to include all of the contemporary design elements and amenities that our guests have come to expect. Rooms will receive all new furniture and soft good packages to include upgraded bathrooms/showers, floor and wall coverings, along with furniture, TVs and artwork. Lobbies are also being redesigned with a new look and feel that meets the requirements of today’s business and leisure travelers.
